Porsche needed to realize the simultaneous world premiere of the Taycan across three continents, requiring precise cross-location coordination. We managed the tendering of architecture and kinetics and oversaw implementation of both disciplines in China, enabling a closely aligned international collaboration that delivered a synchronized global launch — built on tender management and on-site construction supervision in China.
